We want your experience with Vine Counseling to be as frictionless as possible. We use a few different online tools to ensure your information is secure and confidential, while still being easy to use.
Online Registration: New clients can fill out intake forms and submit them ahead of a first visit.
Online Scheduling: New and returning clients can view a therapist’s availability and request an appointment.
Online Billing: Our client portal shows your account history and any billing activity. The option to pay for sessions with a credit card is built right in.
Encrypted Communications: Send and receive messages to your therapist.
In the client portal: You can leave secure messages for your therapist in the client portal.
Email communication: When we send you an email, our default practice is to encrypt the communication. The email you receive will include a link to a secure website. Your therapist will have given you a pass phrase, which you will use to log in and read the email. You may then send a secure reply back to your therapist. You may, at your choice, choose to receive unencrypted emails from us. These will be sent to your email address, just like any other email.
